Great gift and for travelI bought this as a graduation gift, because my daughter has one and loves it. She uses it for trips and to conveniently carry jewelry to her dorm and back. The box is well-designed and durable. She says this is a good size and design for a weekend's worth of jewelry. All the compartments are easy to fill with the jewelry she wants, and all the jewelry can be seen as she is filling it. It is easy to take the jewelry out and return it to its more permanent location when she gets home.The product description is accurate. The hinges work well. The mirror is useful, even though it is quite small, but there is little choice since the whole box is intended to, and does, fit in a small overnight bag. It also fits in a medium size purse, mini backpack, or a duffle bag for gym and athletic activities. The zipper closure zips smoothly and securely holds the jewelry inside the jewel box.Overall, this is a nice, compact weekend travel jewelry case that is well-designed and works well.The size is perfect to keep my everyday pieces organized instead of putting them in a pile on the dresser.It has a zipper closure to use while traveling and easily fits in a purseThere are several slots for rings and the dividers are removable to create a larger space. There is also a space behind the mirror.This little box is the perfect size for me, and easily holds all the jewelry that I typically take on a trip.
