I am in love with these items! They added the perfect touch to my living room. It’s the right ooze to keep the remotes out the way.Seem well made and look great!I love the quality and functionality. They open for storage to keep thing accessible but out of sight . Love how they accent my table.Beautiful boxes and more room on the inside than I originally thought. Very pleased with my purchase!These are perfect for what I was looking for! Well made and packaged. They are just the right decorative touch!!I got these for my dad. I was hoping he would use them to fill in some of the blank shelves at his workplace where he then stores random things, but he took them home where his shelves are overflowing with books so I just don’t know where he’ll find space for them :pThey are so much fun! He was pretty thrilled when I gave them to him. They fit inside each other like a matryoshka doll. Each book opens up and can hide something inside, whether it’s unsightly coffee pods, tissues, or the key to the wine cellar… it’s a super fun idea.My only issue with them is the quality of the print. The image is fun, it speaks of maps and adventure and learning and academics… but don’t look too closely at the spines. They are a bit blurry. I wish they were higher quality.We needed to re- decorate our living room and we ordered these set of 3 faux book boxes as the colors and the map pattern match other decorations in the room. We decided to place and arrange them on top of our decorative table, close to the large rotating map of the globe by the entrance. My wife says she likes that these decorative boxes were so easy to set up and ready for display in our house without any hassles. We like the design of the cover, the magnetic closure, and the hollow spaces. We have been using the hollow spaces for storage of some valuable items.Another thing, we like that they don’t require any maintenance of any kind.These decorative book-like boxes are very nicely done. They are heavier than I expected them to be, in a good way. The faux leather has an impressed grain pattern to it and feels like a book in the hand, the cover printing is clear and bright. The boxes are thick walled enough to feel very sturdy and they are felt lined to protect delicate valuables should you want to keep such things in them. They look great standing up or stacked as we have chosen to display them. I'm very impressed with the quality of these decorative book-boxes and do recommend them. On a side note, I was sad they did not include the peacock book ends displayed with the books as I love them with the books and now I have to go find them.
